Senior Manager - Impact Assessment

We are seeking an individual to spearhead our external engagement efforts and lead impactful projects in the domains of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Impact Assessment. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, forging strategic partnerships, and managing end-to-end projects to assess the impact of diverse programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage external customer engagement to identify and close opportunities for advisory services such as Impact Assessment.

- Build strategic collaborations to setup and expand the practice of Impact Solution.

- Work with internal teams and external partners to drive end to end projects in domains of Monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment.

- Co-develop appropriate methods, tools and protocols to enhance ISDM's ability to robustly assess complex, long-term programs, as per the needs of the customers. Work with internal and external partners to design appropriate frameworks.

- Project management for delivery of impact assessments.

- Account management for successful delivery of the project.

- Document the success of the project and engagements for building the narrative of impact initiatives on individuals, organizations and sector.

- Reporting and Documentation - Prepare quality impact assessment reports. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of assessment findings, trends, and recommendations.

- Stakeholder Engagement -Engage with various stakeholders, including program participants, staff, and external partners, to gather diverse perspectives on the impact of initiatives.

- Data Collection and Analysis- Oversee the collection and analysis of data related to the impact of programs or initiatives. Utilize quantitative and qualitative research methods to gather and interpret meaningful data.

- Provide support in developing communications material, managing campaigns and related tasks to support outreach for Strategic Capacity Building advisory services.

Experience and Qualification Required:

- The candidate should preferably have 10 -14 years of work experience.

- Project management and analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that may arise during the impact assessment process.

- Excellent communication skills to convey assessment findings to various stakeholders, both in written reports and through presentations.

- Ability to collaborate and work with different teams, departments, or external partners to gather and integrate relevant data.

- Good time management skills: Efficiently managing time and resources to meet assessment deadlines and deliver timely reports.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage with and gather input from stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the impact on different groups.

- Presentation Skills: The ability to present assessment findings in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.

- A result-oriented/ business mindset to build the advisory practice

- Adaptable and flexible to adapt assessment methodologies to different contexts and challenges.
