About the Job: I-PAC is looking to hire Digital Lead at the zonal level for the Digital Network Team who can take up the challenge to build a strong digital network and presence to reach the masses with the campaign message in the most effective manner by working closely with the central team and the teams at district and assembly constituency levels. Job Responsibilities: Liaison with Central Digital Team: - Collaborate with central digital and executive teams to craft and implement process solutions to ensure the smooth functioning of the digital network team. - Coordinate with central teams for the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts). Manage District Teams & Network - Manage district teams and networks to run daily operations related to the digital network.&nbsp; - Coordinate with these teams to ensure a timely expansion and utilization of the digital network.&nbsp; - Leverage people management, mentoring, and coaching experience to lead a team, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.&nbsp; - Continuously improve the digital presence of the campaign by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information. The job requires people to travel around, and meet the team and party members. Political Troubleshooting - Coordinate with the zonal and district-level leaders to ensure effective implementation of campaign ideas and create strategic plans to handle political issues coming during the campaign. Political Networking Tracking, Collation &amp; Analysis - Consistently work on improving the efficiency of the digital network and district level teams by analyzing the social data/metrics, insights, and following best practices for all the digital modules. Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of work experience in the Digital Communication and Social Media management - Must be a graduate from a top-tier institute preferably from management colleges - Must have handled digital analytics &amp; social media reporting - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Excellent Multi-tasking and time-management skills - In addition to English, proficiency in the Tamil language(Read, Write &amp; Speak) is expected Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns - Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software - Excellent analytical and project management skills - Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills - Basic hands-on experience of the photo, video, and text editing tools is preferred - Proficiency in MS office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word -is preferred Base Location: Chennai You will be redirected to an external link, please apply there.
