Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) is seeking professionals who can play a pivotal role in its Finance Function to support its multiple projects across locations. After making a mark in an extensive Lok Sabha election campaign in 2014 and assembly election campaigns across Bihar in 2015, Punjab & Uttar Pradesh in 2017 and Andhra Pradesh in 2019, I-PAC is now gearing up for the upcoming assembly elections in West Bengal & Tamil Nadu. As part of the Finance team of I-PAC, you will be responsible for the following: - Generate periodic reports including MIS like financial analysis, variance analysis, Actual vs Budgetary, Expense trends, etc. - Comprehensively analyze the organization's performance encompassing revenue, variable costs, fixed overheads, working capital, cash flow, and balance sheet movements - Develop and work on key ratios which will help understand and improve financial efficiency - Ad-hoc analysis reports as and when required - Prepare key metrics along with the budgeting process Design and implement financial controls What are we looking for?
