Indian Political Action Committee - Operations Lead (5-12 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

- Liaise with the leadership team to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals

- Lead the functions overseeing Procurement, warehouse management, and end to end logistics and reverse logistics of supply chain

- Procurement, warehouse management, and end to end logistics and reverse logistics of supply chain

- Vendor management - vendor identification, contract negotiations, and risk management of supply contracts and agreements

- Event Management - Execution of indoor and outdoor events

- Facility management - Management of Housekeeping, security, and identification of service providers for annual maintenance coverage of internal facilities

- Hospitality management - Identification and onboarding of PAN India hospitality and travel service providers

- Build & implement SOPs to manage workflows & day to day operations

- Evaluate the efficiency of processes and implement process improvements as needed

- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote efficiency

- Lead & mentor a team of executives, analysts & associates encouraging a high-performance culture

- Monitor the performance metrics of different reporting teams through defined KRA's & KPI's & take necessary steps to improve the same

- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

- Strong academic record with graduation/post-graduation from a reputed institute

- Strong team player

- Minimum 4-8 years of experience

- Self-starter with experience of working with cross-functional teams

o Ability to strategically link processes, systems, metrics, and financials for complex operational function o The incumbent will have significant interaction with leadership and internal & external stakeholders and therefore must possess outstanding relationship, communication, and influencing skills.

- Ability to manage critical deadlines with multiple priorities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

- Post-graduation with majors in operations from Tier I & Tier II Institutes. Specialization in operations would be an added advantage

- Proficiency in advanced excel, word, and PowerPoint

- 5+ years of work experience in strategy/procurement/supply chain/vendor management/operations role

- Experience of end to end project execution is a plus
