About I-PAC: Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) is India's first and largest cross-party political advocacy group, credited with revolutionizing election campaigning in India. We are the platform of choice for young professionals to participate in and make meaningful contributions towards the political affairs and governance of the country, without necessarily being part of a political party. Job Responsibilities: - Liaise with the leadership team to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals - Lead the functions overseeing Procurement, warehouse management, and end to end logistics and reverse logistics of supply chain - Procurement, warehouse management, and end to end logistics and reverse logistics of supply chain - Vendor management - vendor identification, contract negotiations, and risk management of supply contracts and agreements - Event Management - Execution of indoor and outdoor events - Facility management - Management of Housekeeping, security, and identification of service providers for annual maintenance coverage of internal facilities - Hospitality management - Identification and onboarding of PAN India hospitality and travel service providers - Build &amp; implement SOPs to manage workflows &amp; day to day operations - Evaluate the efficiency of processes and implement process improvements as needed - Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote efficiency - Lead &amp; mentor a team of executives, analysts &amp; associates encouraging a high-performance culture - Monitor the performance metrics of different reporting teams through defined KRA's &amp; KPI's &amp; take necessary steps to improve the same - Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors Minimum Qualifications &amp; Experience: - Strong academic record with graduation/post-graduation from a reputed institute - Strong team player - Minimum 4-8 years of experience - Self-starter with experience of working with cross-functional teams o Ability to strategically link processes, systems, metrics, and financials for complex operational function o The incumbent will have significant interaction with leadership and internal &amp; external stakeholders and therefore must possess outstanding relationship, communication, and influencing skills. - Ability to manage critical deadlines with multiple priorities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment Preferred Qualifications &amp; Experience: - Post-graduation with majors in operations from Tier I &amp; Tier II Institutes.
