Indian Political Action Committee - Manager - Operations (4-8 yrs) Premium

Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) is India's first and largest cross-party political advocacy group, credited with revolutionizing election campaigning in India.

Job Responsibilities :

- Liaise with the leadership team to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals

- Lead the functions overseeing

- Procurement, warehouse management, and an end to end logistics and reverse logistics of supply chain

- Vendor management - vendor identification, contract negotiations, and risk management of supply contracts and agreements

- Event Management - Execution of indoor and outdoor events

- Facility management - Management of Housekeeping, security, and identification of service providers for annual maintenance coverage of internal facilities

- Hospitality management - Identification and on-boarding of Pan India hospitality and travel service providers

- Build & implement SOP's to manage workflows & day to day operations

- Evaluate the efficiency of p rocesses and implement process improvements as needed

- Lead & mentor a team of executives & analysts encouraging a high-performance culture

- Monitor the performance metrics of different reporting teams through defined KRA's & KPI's & take necessary steps to improve the same

- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors

Minimum Qualifications :

- Strong academic record with graduation/post-graduation from a reputed institute

- Strong team player

- Minimum 4-8 years of experience

- Self-starter with experience of working with cross-functional teams

- Ability to strategically link processes, systems, metrics, and financials for complex operational function

- Ability to manage critical deadlines with multiple priorities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

Preferred Qualifications :

- Post-graduation with majors in operations from Tier - I & Tier II Institutes

- Proficiency in advanced excel, word, and PowerPoint

- 5+ years of work experience in strategy/procurement/supply chain/vendor management/operations

- Experience of end to end project execution is a plus
