PROFILE SUMMARY : I-PAC is currently looking for an HR & Recruitment Manager, an experienced professional who can take care of the entire gamut of HR Function in the organization. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Talent Acquisition : Responsible for recruitment and allocations across the teams & projects, and coordinate with different verticals to manage the full ecosystem of resources, and effective development of an organization's human resources. 2. Human Resource Management : Support the seamless service to employees across offices on all operational elements (e.g. Recruitment, team management, payroll, induction, appraisals, etc) while escalating to appropriate teams as needed. 3. Policy Making & Implementation : Responsible for Formulation and implementation of policies and procedures. 4. Performance Management : Designing and implementing an effective Performance Management System and regularly upgrading the same, with a view to increasing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Organisation's Performance. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND WORK EXPERIENCE : 1. Work experience between 3 to 8 years in the HR Domain 2. A Bachelor or Masters or MBA degree from a tier-1 institute (XLRI, MDI, IIM, XIMB, etc) with HR specialization. 3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and guide team members as needed, and navigate through change while staying focused on resolving critical items 4. Proven business acumen, consulting, analysis, project management, communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving skills LOCATION : Our central office is in Hyderabad and you can be expected to be deployed as per project requirements.
