REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Full-time MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree from premier institutes (IIT, IIM, ISB, XLRI, NLS, TISS etc.) Experience: 4-7 years of working experience in management consulting, VC/PE, Governance, or corporate strategy role within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Analytical Skills: Must possess good analytical skills and the ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives for key stakeholders. Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of MS Office tools for the creation of analyses reports and presentations. Knowledge of software like Stata, R, Python, etc. will be an added advantage. Communication Skills: Must possess good English communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of one or more regional languages will be an added advantage A DAY IN THE JOB - Solving complex unstructured problems on a real-time basis with a tangible impact on governance and politics - Coordinating with other teams at I-PAC and driving necessary strategic initiatives. - Designing innovative campaign strategies, analysis of crucial pieces of information from various internal and external sources in order to drive the overall campaign strategy and narratives. - Working on multiple projects simultaneously with short deadlines.
