Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) is India's first & largest cross-party political advocacy group, widely credited to have revolutionized election campaigning in India.

I-PAC is the platform of choice for students and young professionals to participate in and make a meaningful contribution to political affairs, grass root development and governance of the country without necessarily being part of a political party. Started as Citizens for Accountable Governance (CAG) in 2013, I-PAC has brought together some of the best minds from diverse academic and professional backgrounds and has provided them with a unique opportunity to closely engage in the election process and influence policy making in India.

Job Responsibilities:

- To develop and execute performance programs and projects to evaluate, measure and improve employee performance based on the budget of the organization

- Align organizational goals to individual goals related to performance and efficiency

- Determine appropriate feedback systems for performance planning and management

- Develop performance improvement plans, coaching agendas, training materials, and progress tracking methods

- Assess and develop appropriate key performance indicators and performance goals for specific positions and departments

- Analyse the impact of employee performance interventions on organizational performance and provide reports to management

- Coordinate with other team leads and departments for best performance management practices

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must have 4 to 8 years of professional experience in HR particularly in performance management

- Must be an MBA graduate from a top-tier institute

- Should be well versed with Performance Management, Labor Laws and Strategic HR partnering

- Should be able to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision making

- Should have working knowledge of performance management systems and how to tailor those systems to an organization

- Excellent written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications:

- High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy & process

- Have experience managing marketing teams and effectively tracking performance and metrics across an organization

- Have the ability to determine the appropriate incentives for the position
