What will you do as the Digital Lead? An experienced communication executive to lead the digital campaign in one of our states of operation. We're looking for someone who can conceptualize, execute, monitor and measure end-to-end digital campaigns - Keep up with all the political developments and suggest campaign interventions as and when it is required - Run several campaigns in social media properties including the leader's properties; involving the Research, Video, Whatsapp, Twitter and Marketing units to conceptualize and disseminate content; and liaise with field teams to ensure complete synchronization between field activity and digital operations - Set the digital narrative for everyday work and identify which issues to pick, package and disseminate in different ways utilizing various platforms - Possess the following qualities; ability to manage a large team, patient to entertain and deliver upon changes however minute and repetitive, creative and self-motivated - Open to travel for work, when required, often at short notices - Open to working long hours, sometimes on Sundays and holidays, and once the elections draw closer - all days of the week Why should you apply? - Operate on massive scales - Exposure to multitudes of people, usage of technology, simultaneous campaigning across dozens of cities &amp; thousands of villages during dizzyingly rapid turnaround times.
