Set up with the ambitious goal of re-inventing the socio-political space, I-PAC provides a platform for young professionals to meaningfully associate with electoral politics and contribute to policy making and governance by setting the agenda for incoming governments.  Job Description  Setting up a New Office:  - We're in the process of relocating our 250-member team to an office building in Hyderabad. This brings up the exciting challenge of remodelling the building to our needs, planning workspaces and setting up office equipment, mobile Sims, laptops, internet facilities, security, recycling, etc. from scratch. Apart from this, finding and managing company-lease flats for the team will also be under the purview of the Admin Lead.  Running the Office Facilities Effectively:  - The productivity of an in-office workforce depends heavily on the facilities available to them. Hence managing office stationery, supplies, transport, and foods and beverages (amongst other facilities) is the most important aspects of the Admin team's job. This will of course include the important aspect of short-term and long-term maintenance. To manage all this, the Admin Lead will work with his team and also direct the facilities staff.  Managing On-ground Availability of Travel and Accommodation:  - What makes I-PAC stand out in the domain of political consulting is our capable hands and eyes on ground. So that our on-field employees can focus on the on-ground problems, the Admin Lead and his team would have to manage cabs and hotel operations across all our active geographies.  Where will you be located :   - Your base location will be Hyderabad, but some travel between different campaign offices can be expected  Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
