Job Description

Leadership position reporting to the Director of the Institute is expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the Institute. Responsible for managing numerous functions of the Institute, including campus infrastructure, academic facilities, hostels, cafeteria, safety, procurement and logistics.

Job Responsibilities : 

Is ultimately responsible for the functioning of every function:

- Providing instructional leadership to functional managers

- Implementing the Institute's Development Plan

- Developing and implementing budgets

- Preparing financial and statistical management reports

- Setting up metrics for measurement of various functions and review periodically

- Required to coordinate with faculty and students to ensure that all facilities are optimally utilized and stake holders are satisfied

- Ensure compliance of the Institute's Rules & Regulations and that the brand is not compromised.

Qualifications & Skills: 

- Education Master's Degree (full-time in campus)

- Field of study preferably Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Master's Degree in Management

Experience : 

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Administration of which 5 years of experience should be relevant to the job description.
