Job Summary: Build and leverage relationships with existing clients through proactive, creative and ongoing client service to ensure retention of clients. Job Profile: - Servicing the existing clients - Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue from existing paid members - Per client revenue optimization - Responsible for client retention or no loss of accounts - Ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures - Keep a close track on work in process, customer complaints and accounts receivables - Ensure timely delivery of services to clients - Train, monitor &amp; motivate a team of around 2-3 Regional Managers with 8-10 Account Managers (3-4 Executives of each Account Manager) and 5-6 Business Managers Qualification: - MBA Knowledge And Experience: - Experience of Sales / Servicing / Retention preferably in BFSI / Telecom / Ecommerce / Service industry - Minimum experience of 5+ year in managing a team of more than 80-100 team members in a level of hierarchy.
