Job Description:
1. Interact with customers regularly to understand their needs and priorities
2. Identify new monetization opportunities and develop products to cater to these needs
3. Identify upsell opportunities to improve the Per Customer Revenue
4. Analyze the customer behavior data to assess the engagement levels and design solutions to reduce the customer churn
5. Create and launch Go Live Plans for customer experience improvement programs
6. Assist in development of annual operating plans for Sales, Upsell and Customer Retention
7. Develop performance metrics, promotion schemes and monitor key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the Sales and Servicing teams
