The company has a strong team of around 3500 employees with 80 branches across India.   We are backed by investors like Intel Capital, Amadeus Capital, Westbridge Capital & Quona Capital.  Job Profile:   Key Responsibility Areas :   The incumbent would manage the Trade Marketing, GTM and Sales Development  - Setting branch wise business objectives (annual, quarterly and monthly)  - Developing and designing the trade promotions to suit the business requirements  - Responsible for entire trade loyalty / visibility programs  - Responsible for end to end planning for new product/proposition launches  Sales Development :   - Driving new initiatives /projects towards creating a future ready sales system  - Building Sales Capability  - Partnering with Technology team for the smooth functioning of Sales IT and GTM roll outs.  - Must have managed a team.  Skill Set :   1. Proactively identifying and resolving strategic issues and risks that may impact the team's ability to meet goals  2. Defining and scoping projects by working closely with business customers to understand their needs and priorities along with internal and competitive information into clear, prioritized requirements  3. Will be required to work in a highly dynamic work environment which requires strong skills in terms of cross-functional team coordination, consensus building among various verticals within the organization and across departments to achieve overall business objectives in a timely & efficient manner.  4. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills  5. Competency in MS Office especially Excel with good understanding of HTML, CSS, JS  6. Deep, holistic understanding of the mobile user experience (e.g. technology, user behavior) and variances within Indian markets  7. Strong business acumen.
