The position holder will be responsible to utilize analytical, business, and leadership skills to drive the execution of the business planning cycle from business plan development to maintenance of the group's long - range financial projections to completion of annual budgets and forecasts, including configuration and implementation of systems required to efficiently and effectively complete these processes

Role Expectations

- Preparation of Annual Operating Plans & Long Range Plans

- Review of Business Proposals - Pricing Management, Incentive policies, New Initiatives

- Key Business and Financial updates to the Board of Directors

- Competition Benchmarking and Analysis

- Commercial evaluation of various Cost and Pricing Proposals

- Monthly Performance Analysis & forecast

- BSC /KRA formulation for all the functions basis AOP and tracking thereon

- Analyzing bottoms up AOP to identify embedded opportunities and risks and bridge gap vs. top down

- Cost reporting and variance analysis Vis a Vis the budgets

- Budgetary Control.

- Capital Expense tracking to achieve higher capital productivity.

- MIS Automation

Skills:

- MBA from tier 1 Business School or CA qualified

- Must possess strong financial and analytical skills. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and solve problems in a timely and accurate manner. Make strategic recommendations and enhancements.

- Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate to management, staff, suppliers and customers as well as demonstrate sound judgment and reasoning skills.

- Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.

Experience:

- 8 - 10 years of post-qualification industry experience.
