Key Responsibility Areas :
1. Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent for non technical hiring from diverse sources as per manpower requirements.
2. Responsible for Middle level & Senior Management hiring.
3. Works with senior management, hiring managers and HR staff to develop yearly staffing plans, workforce planning strategies.
4. Leads communication and relationships with hiring managers and interview teams.
5. Provides feedback on applicants and candidates and ensures timely coordination of candidate movement through various systems.
6. Vendor management
Experience :
4-5 Years of post-qualification experience with an exposure into sales hiring, volume hiring,team management.
Required Skills :
1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
2. Pleasing personality with excellent presentation skills.
3. Should be target oriented.
4. Has the ability to work as an Individual contributor & also work with a team when and wherever required
5. Good in excel and data management, presentation daily, weekly and Monthly.
Salary offered : 8 LPA
