The position holder has to manage all aspects of employer-employee relationships to meet corporate objectives & make IndiaMART one of the 100 best companies to work for in India.
- It is the responsibility of the position holder to conduct these activities in an effective, legal, fair, and consistent manner.
- He/she would also act as an internal consultant and change agent for cultural and organizational initiative.
Key Deliverables:
- The position entails managing end to end HR life cycle for 500+ Human Resources operating out of multiple locations. Become an anchor between the Business and the People processes.
This will include but not limited to the following:
- Directly responsible for facilitating business deliverables and enhancing employee touch points
- Induction and On-boarding process
- Managing 90 days Handholding Programme
- BSC/KRA signoffs
- Performance Management and Feedback
- Employee Query Resolution, assessment and action
- Employee connect report assessment and action
- Productivity management - RCA and actions
- Employee retention/Attrition Management
- Coaching and feedback
- R&R
- Corrective Action Plan
- Policy, process and initiatives implementation
- Personal Employee Connect
- Employee Assessment and Growth
