Position Description : The position holder shall be responsible for understanding the evolving customer needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction to drive Client Retention and Upsells. Job Summary : - Driving client renewals as well as maximizing the revenue while upselling - Driving customer delight and ensuring smooth rendering of services - Acting like a consultant to the client and offering them recommended services and solutions - Maximizing weekly revenues by overachieving daily targets - Experience in handling team sizes of more than 20 executives and 3-4 Team Leads Knowledge : - The candidate should have hands on experience in client handling and product selling - The candidate should preferably have knowledge of selling customer solutions over a call - The candidate should possess prior knowledge about customer retention/ upselling Skills & Learnings : - Team-Handling capability - Effective communication & comprehension skills - Effective multi-tasking ability - Quick decision making - Customer Champion at heart - Report Management and Data analysis Skills Attitude & Behavior : - Ability to build rapport with customers instantly - Likes to picks up challenges - Self-starter who likes to build deep understanding through process discussions and self-RCAs - Good motivator, passionate and confident Experience : - At least 1-2 years of experience. - Candidates experienced in team handling roles preferred.
