Position Description: The position holder is expected to drive business growth by driving a team 250 members to reacquire lostcustomers of Indiamart via Tele Sales Model.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Revenue: Scaling the business continuously month over month.
- Team Management: Managing a large team of 250 people.
- Productivity: Manage and Improve productivity of team. Maintain & Improve Input KPIs.
- Product Marketing & Data Science: Able to segment and prioritize data to improve go to market. Improve Marketing & Hot Leads.
Hiring: Rapid scale of up of team.
ARPU: Increasing more acquisitions on higher packages.
Knowledge and skills required: - Knowledge of selling digital customer solutions
- Hands on experience in corporate and media sales
- Exceptionally well written, verbal effective communication & comprehension skills
- Excellent Presentations skills required to present to C-suite
- Strong listening and networking skills
- Understanding customer requirement to offer tailor-made solutions
- Efficient time management to cater to key clients
- Quick decision making and Report Management Skills

Qualification Criteria: MBA from Premier Institute with 5+ years of experience Business Management / SAAS Selling / TeleSales with a large team handling experience.
