Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify potential leads within the target market. - Generate high-quality leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach). - Research and develop a deep understanding of potential clients' needs and challenges. - Build rapport and establish relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations. - Develop and deliver effective sales presentations tailored to client needs. - Create and propose solutions that address client pain points and demonstrate the value proposition of our products/services. - Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing necessary support and documentation. - Participate in sales meetings and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients. - Manage and update CRM data to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting. - Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Support the development and execution of strategic business development initiatives. Qualifications: - Bachelor/ masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (an internship can be considered). - Strong understanding of the business development process and lead generation techniques. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets. - Excellent research and analytical skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience with CRM software (a plus).
