Assistant Manager- Seller Marketing
Roles & Responsibilities:
4. Analyze and identify how we can eliminate our clients- engagement and retention challenges
5. Become an expert on IndiaMARTs products, merchant use cases and target market to effectively communicate product value with merchants
6. Do exhaustive audit of the product and work closely with product team to get new features rolled out
7. Serve as an escalation point for merchant and be a liaison between Product Management, Support and the merchants for issues impacting their success
8. Track merchant metrics and maintain merchant health scorecards with clear action plans
9. Identify emerging trends to shape the future of product
10. Define and execute the marketing and communication activities to reach out e-commerce merchants
11. Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
12. Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
13. Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
14. Track performance of all marketing campaigns
Skillset:
1. Understanding of e-commerce ecosystem
2. 2+ years experience in sales management
3. Experience with SaaS/subscription based sales model
4. Ability to multi-task
5. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
6. E-commerce experience is a plus
7. Master's degree or equivalent experience
Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech + MBA
- Post Graduation - 60% & above
- Graduation- 80% & above
- Minimum 80% in 10th and 12th
