Asst.Manager/Manager/Sr.Manager Treasury

Investment activities :

- To efficiently deploy funds across different instruments - Government bonds, Corporate bonds, CDs, CPs, structured products, mutual funds etc. and maximize portfolio yield as per the strategy devised by Head Treasury

- Updating the MIS on daily basis on transactions, outstanding investment positions, P&L on transactions etc.

- Network with treasury staff of Banks, Mutual Funds, Corporates and interact with regulators to develop investment opportunities

- Liquidity management through cash flow planning, modeling and forecasting

- Driving treasury specific projects/initiatives to improve the performance

- Supporting the month end process for reporting to Senior management

- Macroeconomic analysis of Indian economy on market news, events and evolving trends in markets including RBI monetary actions etc.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & PERFORMANCE MEASURES :

- Prepare and maintain MIS of daily trading activities, treasury positions, deal tickets for transactions etc.

- Responsible for increasing portfolio returns of Treasury investments

- Completion of execution of transactions by reporting on relevant platforms and coordinating the settlement of transactions

- Ensuring compliance of all trading activities of Treasury operations through proper documentation

- Keep abreast of changes in related Accounting Standards impacting Treasury operations and its impact on Company's Financial Statements
