JOB DESCRIPTION :

INVESTOR RELATIONS COMMUNICATION :

- Meeting with Investors and attending conferences and preparing the internal database of investor meetings

- Structuring Business Meetings. Improving the quality of Dashboards with greater emphasis being laid on strategy formulation

- Keeping up-to-date investor presentations and maintaining all IR data and IR website

- Liaising with different teams within the company to gather data for addressing investor queries

- Collating data related to Investor meetings and shareholding pattern for analysis

- Working on Annual report for Company along with secretarial team

- Capture the various ESG initiatives within the organization in relevant investor communications and liaise with ESG rating firms

- Stay updated on best practices in Investor Relations in the industry and use the same while communicating with Investors

COMPETITION BENCHMARKING :

- Monitoring peer companies, stock markets and economic indicators (Indian and Global)

- Tracking Investor calls, investor presentation, business strategy of competitors and peer companies

- Formulate the competition benchmarking analysis in presentation for senior management

INVESTOR RELATIONS ANALYSIS :

- Taking control of all IR activities including Quarterly Results, preparing Earnings Release and Investor FAQs

- Financial modelling maintaining company's financial model and keeping it regularly updated according to company guidance and quarterly results

- Monitoring all relevant business KPI to keep a sound control over business dynamics

- Liaising with different teams within the company to gather data for addressing investor queries

- Participation in AOP formulation and comparison of budget vs actuals on monthly basis. Writing down reasons for deviations along with corrective measures

- Shareholder analysis and targeting new investors as part of IR program for the year

RESEARCH :

- Doing macro and industry research.

- Will be doing sector specific research mapping all the companies in that segment.

- Filtering good companies from sectoral research and then in department research including financial, product, customer understanding on them.
