Manager | Investor Relation INVESTOR RELATIONS COMMUNICATION : - Meeting with Investors and attending conferences and preparing the internal database of investor meetings - Collating data related to Investor meetings and shareholding pattern for analysis - Working on Annual report for Company along with secretarial team - Capture the various ESG initiatives within the organization in relevant investor communications and liaise with ESG rating firms INVESTOR RELATIONS ANALYSIS : - IR activities including Quarterly Results, Earnings Release ppt and Investor FAQs - Financial modelling maintaining company's financial model and keeping it regularly updated according to company guidance and quarterly results - Monitoring all relevant business KPI to keep a sound control over business dynamics - Participation in AOP formulation and comparison of budget vs actuals on monthly basis. Writing down reasons for deviations along with corrective measures
