Open Culture - Opportunity to do Strategic Marketing, and not just Branding &amp; Spend Marketing - Attractive ESOPs Key Responsibilities : - Be the custodian of Customers' perception, experience and engagement with IndiaLends - Gather customer insights through a mix of consumer research, analysis and market intelligence to execute marketing strategy - Craft and execute a compelling message that personifies our Brand to the world through effective Content Strategy - Devise innovative growth strategies from customer insights and data analysis that lead to exponential growth in revenues and unlock novel areas of growth - Measure and analyse performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs - Partner with Product and Technology teams to create product offerings that solve - real- consumer problems Preferred Candidate Profile Experience : - Overall 8-10 yrs in Marketing and Brand building Qualitative Experience : - Relevant Growth marketing experience, preferably scaling a significant mobile customer base - Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind - Proven experience of gathering and actioning consumer insights - Strong understanding of the latest tools and strategies in content marketing - Strong knowledge of SEO, Google analytics, data studio and digital marketing SDKs Education : - Bachelor's degree (preference given to top tier colleges) - MBA-Marketing from top tier school(preferable) Key Competencies/Skills : - Excellent communication - written and verbal (including presentation making(ppt/pps) and pitching skills) - Analytical/Data-Driven Decision-Making Approach - someone who loves working with numbers and metrics - Business Acumen - Strategic mindset, with ability to deeply understand business objectives and make difficult decisions in changing environments - Lots of energy and gets excited by being a revenue champion. - Creative Thinking
