Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers

- Be the key person and executing the credit strategy & execution

- Creating credit scoring models for risk assessments

- Managing a team of credit executives and guiding them

- Approving and rejecting loans based on available data

- Monitor performance of the loan portfolio and report to the Management Team on a periodic basis

- Assist in the development of a new lending platform and assist in the establishing and updating all lending policies & guidelines

- Negotiating the terms of the loan with new clients

- Ensuring all loans and lending procedures comply with regulations

- Maintaining records of all company loans

- Reviewing and updating the company's credit policy

- Streamlining the entire credit function and process upgradation

- Moving manual credit approval to product/tech-based process

- Technical understanding / industry approved individuals

Who Are We Looking For?

- Candidate with strong experience and having good knowledge of Risk and Credit

- Tier - 1 MBA (finance) candidates with 5-10 Years of Experience

- Experience in NBFC, Banking or Fin-tech would be preferred
