Product Growth Lead - Operations & Revenue
Deliverables:
- Own inside sales targets.
- Keep track of & balance revenue & expenses (P&L).
- Deep understanding of the funnel & stages.
- Demand/Data source analysis basis conversion, revenue & CAC.
- Inside sales agent productivity analysis.
- Agent - selecting, performance management, training inputs (via floor managers).
- Inside sales campaign creation & agent allocation (via floor managers).
- Dialler, CRM disposition & campaign logic creation/optimization.
Past:
- 5 - 6 years growth/digital marketing and inside sales experience.
- B2C/eCommerce, Financial Services experience.
What we need:
- Product mindset.
- Great with numbers & tools - SQL/Excel.
- Good at analysing data, building hypothesis, implementing tests/plans, measuring/calibrating.
- Should work with floor operations (agents/tele-callers/field sales).
- Good CFT capabilities.
- High bias for action.
- Sense of urgency/ownership.
- Agency mindset.
- Not an introvert who prefers to be behind the screen.
Education - Tier-1 engineering college
