As a Business Analyst at indiagold, your role would involve analysing and evaluating various aspects of the company's operations, processes, and strategies to drive business growth and improve overall performance.

1. Data Analysis: Collect and analyse relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to make informed business decisions. Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings and support decision-making processes.

2. Business Process Analysis: Identify areas for process improvement within the organization. Analyse existing workflows, procedures, and systems to recommend changes that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

3. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and profitability assessment. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic financial planning and budgeting.

4. Product Development Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define product requirements and specifications based on data analysis done on trends, patterns, and insights.

5. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators to monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the financial sector

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders

- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
