What will you do -

- Support in detailing the PR & Internal Communication Strategy and Plan for the organization

- Ensure timely execution and effectiveness of the Plan to meet the stated objectives

- Track and measure impact of activities and provide inputs on required course corrections

- Act as spokesperson for the company with press, analysts and at industry events

- Manage the image of the organization both internally and externally through effective communication

- Align entire organization to focus on the agreed direction and objective of the organization with complete commitment and passion through internal communication

- Use Social Media and Digital platforms effectively in the communication strategy and plan

- Ensure all Digital Platforms are up to date

What are we looking for-

- Approx. 10-12 years of experience in PR and Communication roles

- Qualifications in communication

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage people from diverse backgrounds, geographies and hierarchical levels

- Ability to act quickly and think out of the box

- Strong Project Management skills
