Job Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering, Impact Analysis, Vendor Management
- Identify, Maintain and monitoring Project Estimations, Schedule and Progress (Metrics).
- Should be able to manage multiple Projects at the same time
- Lead and guide the Functional and development team in various phases of Software development life cycle.
- Managed onsite-offshore vendor interaction
- Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stake holders
- Is responsible for managing and maintaining systems
- Should be able to manage the production support team and ensure TAT's are adhered.

Qualitative:
- Good knowledge of systems and SDLC
- Adherence to processes
- Should be able to handle pressure (From Business as well as Vendor)
- Good Technical & Problem solving skills
- Adherence to TAT in terms of CR and incidents
Quantitative:
- Adherence to TAT in terms of CR and incidents
- System performance & availability within acceptable limits
Preferred Credentials:
Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience in IT project management
Qualifications: Any graduate; preferred BE, BSc
Competencies:
- Strong Domain Knowledge
- Strong Technology Awareness on SQL Server 2012
- Good communications skills
