Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
- Provide management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced predictive analytics.
- Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations, on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
- Serve as the domain expert for human capital analytics.
- Collaborate with team members in recruitment, HR Operations, Business HR, Corporate HR & learning and development to improve overall strategic and performance and insight.
- Devise interventions & people engagement practises out of the inferences derived from the analytics
- Work as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function (GPTW Surveys & Compensation Surveys)

PREFERRED CREDENTIALS
QUALIFICATIONS Have a Masters degree in Business, HR, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 2+ years applicable HR analysis and/or reporting experience; OR a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 5+years applicable HR analysis and/or reporting experience.
