Job Responsibilities :
Planning :
- Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster
- Develop sales targets for the branches within the cluster
- Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each branch in the cluster against identified targets
- Implement incentive schemes for bank employees within the cluster
- Strengthen relationship with Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks
- Manage & enhance relationship with the Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks
- Engage all the employees of the bank branches in insurance sales
- Maintain clear communication with the Branch Managers of the partner banks
Sales Growth and Cost Management :
- Ensure achievement of sales targets for the cluster
- Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional campaigns within the Cluster
- Review monthly sales targets and performance of Business Managers/ CROs and discuss with Business mangers/ CROs on backlog, customer feedback, and other insights from field force
- Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations for the cluster
Customer satisfaction and retention :
- Monitor satisfaction of the clusters customers through a customer satisfaction index based on parameters such as customer complaints
People Management :
- Develop the recruitment and training plan for the Business Development Managers in line with the overall recruitment & training plan and ensure recruitment and training of the team as per the plan
- Resolve any issues related to the Business managers/ CROs
- Ensure CROs meet their training requirements
- Ensure employee satisfaction and motivation
Preferred Credentials :
Work Experience : Overall 6 years experience (In Insurance / Banking / and Finance) with at least two years of team handling role
Qualifications : Graduate, preferable postgraduate in Marketing an MBA from a institute of repute
