JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The role will be responsible for complete ownership of all customer communication, customer loyalty, partner engagement initiatives and employee loyalty activities for IndiaFirst Life Insurance.
Customer communication
- To curate and manage content for different customer communication going to IndiaFirst life insurance customers
- Responsible for reviewing all customer facing communication and recommending improvements for creating quality content
- Assist the marketing team in identifying opportunities for different partner communication needs
- Work closely with different functions and support them in their communication needs and ensure common language across the company
- Responsible for managing and creating best in class content and communication for the entire Customer Life Cycle touch points in insurance industry
- Work closely with IT and operations team and manage campaign management process
Relationship / Loyalty Programs
- Work closely with the bank partners and create loyalty program acceptable and suitable for bank employees
- Assist HR team at IndiaFirst to create am engagement program for employees of IndiaFirst Life Insurance
- Drive communications strategy for all loyalty programs managed at IndiaFirst
- Coordinate with loyalty implementation partner/agency to get the delivery done within defined TAT
Partner communication
- Work closely with company's bank partners and their marketing teams to drive the marketing initiatives at bank branches
- Suggest content and communication opportunities from the bank to its branch managers and to the customers
- Drive strategy and ideas for building customer equity between bank, IndiaFirst and the bank customers

- QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate (Graduate in English literature preferred) .Post Graduation in Marketing for an institute of repute preferred but not a must
