Preparation of Product Quality Manual  - Methods to reduce waste and increase efficiency.  - Responsible for generating internal quality reports & OPQ (Outgoing Product Quality).  - Deriving check lists & templates for data collection on errors.  - To provide inputs for Process Team on the areas of improvement.  - Participate in calibration sessions with Business Heads, Managers, Trainers and other communication coaches.   - Accountable for implementing the derived CAPA on client's feedback and internal error analysis  - Achieve departmental productivity requirements (e.g. number of calls monitored per week on schedule, etc.).   - Participate in Internal communication acceptability audits and recommend changes.   - Provide feedback through call monitoring system and in-person to assist Managers in development of front- line employees.  - In-depth knowledge of both UI and backend service test automation   - Deep understanding of system architecture and must have training exposure to complex distributed transactional systems.   - Ability to adapt to the extremely fast paced environment while maintaining the highest quality standards   - Proven track record of creating and executing highly effective customer service and quality processes   - Be an integral part of the sellers experience team to define the vision and communicate the same to the team   - Skill set Experienced in Call Center handling Financial Services.   - Strong skills in forming new policies and procedures.  Education & Work Experience :   - MBA  - Desired candidate must have at least 5-8 years of in Quality & training in BPO.   - Good communication skills in English & Local language  - Skill set Experienced in Call Center handling Financial Services.   - Strong skills in forming new policies and procedures.
