National Risk Manager

- A strong assertive individual with a proven track record at National Level with managing a team of Zonal/ Regional Risk Managers

- Overall monitoring of Key Portfolio Indicators (KPI- s) month on month - Portfolio growth, Delinquency trends, Early Delinquency, high POS cases & Non Performing Asset (NPA).

- Root Cause Analysis of all quick mortality cases to identify the exact reasons of delinquency.

- Regular watch and feedback on development in local market, in terms of performance of builder, issue with any particular location/builder/project like some serious notice by municipal corp/other governing body.

- Watch on B/C category builders and highlighting, in case of any concern. All new APF should be vetted and supported by Regional Risk Manager

- Analysis of high POS loss cases.

- Analysis and watch on Industrial performance and margins.

- Liaisoning and coordination with legal/technical/FCU team/vendor for update/feedback in development local market

- Regional Portfolio Reviews with underwriting teams.

- Concurrent Audit of branches to review disbursement process.
