Job Title : Head - Campaigns & Analytics

Reporting To : Group Head - Marketing

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of campaign managers driving them to launch timely and effective direct communication campaigns

- Responsible for improvement in customer behavior metric of activation, usage, cross sell and retention

- Quantify the incremental revenue and customer behavior to operate under an agreed income parameter

- Continuously evaluate and experiment with different communication styles for improved efficiency

- Closely work with analytics team to understand and identify different customer segments and their influencing parameters for relevant and contextual communication

- Work with Research team to understand customer insights and their response to differential communication for continuous improvement

- Work with different business teams to identify their business objectives and support them with communication activities
