We are a subsidiary of Banktech Group Australia which manages ATM and POS terminals in Australia, India, Hong Kong, New Zealand and United Arab Emirates and has recently established offices in Shanghai, China.

Our fundamental purpose is to serve as a unifier of sorts, providing access to basic banking services across cultural, geographic and demographic divides. The india1 ATM name and brand mark effectively encapsulate this purpose. Primarily working for the rural consumer, india1 ATM intends to provide freedom from the compromises that Indians have to make when it comes to easy, secure, reliable and efficient accessibility to ATMs across the country. Currently our White Label ATM Network in 2800 Strong and we plan to roll-out about 9000+ ATMs across India in next 2 years.

Profile Requirement

- Tier 1/II B-School Graduate with 2+ years experience in Marketing (Prepaid / Postpaid Acquisition or U&R preferably in Telecom / Retail space)

- Should be able to manage and drive programs for enhancing user experience and usage.

- Ability to analyse and comprehend complex data,

- Conceptualize and execute programs basis data analysed.

Job Profile : The position shall be responsible driving India1 Revenue and Managing Customer / ATM Lifecycle for the assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer / Site Life-cycle Management:

- Responsible for meeting Business targets for the region.

- Conceptualize and roll out programs for increasing transactions/ revenue streams.

- Co-ordinate with regional teams to understand market dynamics and build programs basis market inputs

- Co-ordination with internal stakeholders for smooth business operations.

- Support Regional teams with business insights required for bringing in operational efficiency.

- Gathering Market Insights for additional business opportunities for the region.

Site Acquisition & Planning :

- Define ATM roll out Strategy for the assigned geography: Work closely with Region Head - Sales on site rollout Planning basis estimation of market potential.

- Ensuring compliance to guidelines for site acquisition, coordination with regional teams to ensure site acquisition and readiness for roll out for the month

- Working closely with the Region Team to meet the monthly site acquisition target and site profitability target.

- Responsible for building repository of demand and supply for the geography

- Provide a detailed site indent schedule which is in line with the monthly/ qtrly and annual business plans

Key Performance Indicators:

- Annual Rollover Plan

- Region Revenue

- Site Profitability - Throughput per site

- Unique User/ Usage Targets

- CLM Program Efficiency / ROI

Position shall report into Head -Marketing.
