India1 ATM - National Head - ATM Deployment

We have an requirement for National Head ATM Deployment based at Bangalore.

About BTI Payments :

We are a subsidiary of Banktech Group Australia which manages ATM and POS terminals in Australia, India, Hong Kong, New Zealand and United Arab Emirates and has recently established offices in Shanghai, China.

Our fundamental purpose is to serve as a unifier of sorts, providing access to basic banking services across cultural, geographic and demographic divides. The india1 ATM name and brand mark effectively encapsulate this purpose. Primarily working for the rural consumer, india1 ATM intends to provide freedom from the compromises that Indians have to make when it comes to easy, secure, reliable and efficient accessibility to ATMs across the country. Currently our White Label ATM Network in 2500 Strong and we plan to roll-out about 9000+ ATMs across India in by March 2017.

Job Profile :

Profile shall be responsible for End to End ATM Project Management & Rollout of India1 ATMs

- Develop, maintain and improve ATM Delivery and Installation project management processes.

- Engage directly with service providers & stakeholders to improve Quality of Delivery and Optimise Cost.

- Manage and report on work plan from an end to end perspective including: site acquisition, design approvals, site commencement (ATM Installations), completion and handover

- Utilize technical experts to develop innovative, best practice, high quality and cost effective ATM Delivery and installation project management.

- Ensure that all ATM installation works comply with state requirements, ensuring that any issues are rectified within agreed SLAs.

- Manage and report on project financials including capital dissections.

- Ability to identify risk and categories

- Manage and mitigate all risks associated with ATM delivery and Installations activities.

- Implement safety focused work protocols.

- Monitor project scopes and escalate non-compliance to the Head of Projects

- Document and track program risks, issues and scope change

Profile Requirement :

- BE Civil / MBA with 8+ Years experience in Project Management & ATM Deployment

- We are also open to profiles from Telecom Infrastructure companies

- Strategic Thinker with Excellent Planning, Execution and Problem Solving Skills.

- Ability to manage large budgets and teams.

- Ability to Drive growth & manage complex operations.

- High Commercial and business acumen.

- Ability to get into the details and work at the ground level.
