Job Description: Senior Manager-Finance

Lead:

1) Financial analysis, and drive financial and management reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flows etc)

2) Developing and implementation of controls around financial function

3) Identify the best investment opportunities, obtain the greatest possible return of surpluses, in accordance with company investment policy

4) Develop accounting policy

5) IT enhancement & improve productivity

6) Manage financial approvals and delegations

7) Taxation

8) Manage loan accounting

9) Cost Accounting

10) Monitor receivables

11) Oversee disbursals to employees, vendors and others

12) Closure of Internal, External, NHB Audit on time

13) Manage FIRC comprehensively

Assist:

1) Develop risk management polices and ensure compliance to the policies

2) Centrally control financial and liquidity risks

3) Manage working capital and cash flow

4) Manage relationships with financial institutions

5) Assist in secretarial function

6) Develop investors relationship

Key Performance Indicators:

1) Implementation of compressive financial control

2) Satisfactory audit result

3) Regulatory compliance

4) Team Development

5) Internal and External Customer satisfaction

CA will be an advantage.
