Startup Company - India Sales Manager (3-6 years)

Location: Delhi NCR

Qualification and Experience - MBA from premier Institute with 3-6 years of Sales experience preferably in Education industry (but not necessary)

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet Sales targets by effective implementation of business development plans

- Develop Sales forecast / Channel Sales Strategy and define sales targets

- Map potential customers and generate leads

- Execute New product Launches by channel / specific promotions

- Establish relationship with decision makers & maintain relationships with existing clients

- Engage clients for regular follow-up and updates about company products

- Build, train and develop team and work closely to enhance team motivation and productivity levels

Key Deliverables:

- Manage sales of the entire range of company products and achieve annual targets

- Identify market expansion opportunities for growth

- Future expansion planning & implementation of Sales promotions.

- Generate quality leads that result in sales

- Individual contribution to achieve sales performance targets

Key Skills required

- High Entrepreneurial Drive and Aggressive Go-getter

- Good selling skills, promotion planning, spend management

- Ability to foresee future requirements keeping in mind the changing organization needs

- Knowledge of education sector (preferred but not necessary)
