Position - India Marketing, Business Planning & Strategy Manager

Location - Gurgaon

Reporting to - India Commercial Director

Academic Qualifications

BSc Chem/ B Tech/ BE & MBA (marketing and strategy/ marketing and finance)

Experience

- Effective managing of CFT in organization

- Marketing through trade shows/seminars/customer events

- Market intelligence collation and utilization

- Understanding of market risks and opportunities, technology trends, market drivers and highlights

- Perspective business planning

- Formulation of periodic strategy plan, its implementation and review.

- Strong networking and Customer relationships across industry.

- Exposure to financial planning and management

Mission

- Lead Clean Air India Sales & Marketing activity

- Deploy & implement marketing tools in India to support the organization.

Responsible for :

- Operational marketing

- External communication.

- Working Environment: Work closely with

- Regional Marketing Manager

- Regional Business Planning and Strategy Manager

Marketing :

- Experience of collating, analysis and interpret market data.

- Experience of product promotion (with Technology) including product launch management, sales training, presentations, sales tools, and competitive analysis.

- Exposure to marketing through trade shows/seminars/customer events, tech days, ride and drives- for communication to OEMs

Strategy :

In-depth Understanding of :-

- Market risks

- Opportunities

- Technology trends

- Market drivers and highlights

- Annual strategy plan

- Customer strategy review

- Data Churning and analysis

- Build yearly Order Book tracking and its analysis.

- Experience in planning and budgeting of perspective planning (5YP/10YP)

Skill-set :

- Excellent communication skill.

- Capability to rationally and logically articulate his viewpoint to an audience

- Excellent IT skills

- Good personnel management skills
