India Investment Head - IIT/IIM/XLRI

Roles & responsibilities:

Investment (80%)

- Actively give opinion about market and give investment direction to team

- Deal sourcing with strategic view

- Negotiation, due diligence, deal closing

- Working closely with founders to give advice and push next stage growth

- Create portfolio founders network and create a self learning environment for founders

Management (20%)

- Effectively manage whole investment team

- Effectively communicate between with HQ and India Team

- Help BU to incubate related companies in a given sector

- Help the investment team to learn and grow.

Qualifications - 

- Sound VC investment Record in Content, Fintech with 5 years experience in investment

- Master Degree,IIM / IIT, XLRI preferred.

- Entrepreneur experience preferred
