- Candidate preferably with BFSI domain background & experience (Preferably Mutual funds & Brooking)

- Ability to understand various Digital Technologies and Trends

- Should have interest in learning & designing technology solutions

- Creative & out of box thinker who will be required to contribute / propose solutions with scalable solutions

- Business requirements will need to be analyzed, research with competitors, present / propose desirable solutions

- Will be responsible for developing new products and strategies, identifying market trends and competitive product performance, undertaking detailed customer analytics with the objective of enhancing revenue and client reach.

- The main challenges faced by this profile include creating a differentiated value proposition in the online investments space, increasing the market share amidst stiff competition, building highly effective sales channels

- The critical skill sets required to meet these challenges are strong business acumen, superior analytical, communication & presentation skills, strong market network & high customer service orientation.

- To develop Web & Mobile applications in tune with the overall long term product vision and strategy of the company

- To carry out targeted marketing campaigns with marketing teams based on customer segmentation and product launches and track the program effectiveness

- To liaise with product management, Technology, Legal, Compliance teams on its delivery

- To ensure strict adherence to Risk, compliance and legal norms in the product formulation and business development initiatives

- To monitor product performance & profitability on a periodic basis

- MBA from Tier 1 colleges, with Digital/Software Development Background
