India Infoline - Process Audit Manager

- Supervise, conduct, and report on the testing and adequacy of the organization internal controls over Support function processes i.e. Administration, Treasury, Collection, Legal recoveries, Backend operations etc.

- Survey functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operations, and adequacy of the system of control to achieve established objectives

- Produce reports highlighting issues and providing potential solutions

- Identify existing and potential risks & and probable solutions to close

- Ensure closure on audit observation, in coordination with relevant stakeholders

- Investigate and determine causes of irregularities, and errors

- Improve audit reporting

- Suggest on automating elements of reporting / getting data for internal audit

- Maintain internal control systems by updating audit programs and recommending new policies and procedures

- Knowledge of audit tools and project management tools, like 6 sigma, DMAIC,etc
