Job Role :

- Identification of trends, deal ideas

- Working on pitches and execution of deals

- Working on pitches and execution of deals end to end with complete responsibility and ownership. Ability to take up as much of the execution as possible will drive career growth.

- Reporting to VP

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 3 - 5 years of work experience in Corporate Advisory

- Engineer/CA Plus MBA from top 10 business schools

- Should have worked on several deals, pitch books, collaterals, financial models, valuation models, presentations

- Should have a high degree of proficiency in power point, excel, word, Bloomberg, other databases

- This position will report to the VP - Corporate Advisory

- Self-motivated, ability to run several deals in parallel

- Understanding of investment banking deal processes and dynamics

- Reasonable understanding of financial markets and valuations

- Aptitude to work across sectors
