Designation Business Analyst - Digital Platforms

- Qualification MBA Finance / Marketing with Software Development Background

- Experience 1-2 years working experience with projects in Financial Services domain (Preferably Mutual funds & Broking; Experience with Agile Methodologies & SDLC

Role & requirements :

- Ability to understand various Digital Technologies and Trends

- Should have interest in learning & designing technology solutions

- Interface with business users and technical team

- Should be able to translate the business requirements in functional documentation

- Business requirements will need to be analyzed, research with competitors, present / propose desirable solutions

- Participate, initiate and maintain business and technology meeting minutes for respective projects

- The critical skill sets required to meet these challenges are strong business acumen, superior analytical, communication & presentation skills, strong market network & high customer service orientation.

- Coordinate with internal and external Support Teams

- Track progress and development status of each project

- Monitor existing live projects and change requests

- To develop Web & Mobile applications in tune with the overall long term product vision and strategy of the company

- To liaise with product management, Technology, Legal, Compliance teams on its delivery

- To ensure strict adherence to Risk, compliance and legal norms in the product formulation and business development initiatives

- To monitor product performance & profitability on a periodic basis
