As our new Head of Procurement, you will be leading the procurement function for workplace design+build projects across Asia. Along with the workplace leadership team and working closely with the CFO, you will be responsible for the company's procurement strategy to achieve project profitability and business performance goals. As a hands-on leader, you will be pivotal in developing policies, procedures and systems of control relating to procurement. You will be responsible for developing value engineering strategies and maintaining adequate sources of suppliers/vendors in accordance with the company's requirements. In addition to being involved in negotiations, selection of vendors and contractual decision-making, you will be a trusted advisor, offering support, guidance and training to the workplace project leaders for procurement related decisions across Asia.

This position requires strategic thinking, process orientation, excellent negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and real business acumen. Does this describe you-

You are a senior procurement professional in the building design and construction or commercial real estate industry with experience in large scale corporate interior fit-out projects.

You have 13- 18 years of work experience, including a leadership position in a procurement role within multinational companies in India/Asia

You are tech-savvy, and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives in a digital organization.

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with specialisation in Business Administration/Engineering/Supply chain management or related field of study.
