India Head - Audit - CA/CPA/ACCA - Big4

Designation: India Audit Head

Purpose:

- Facilitate the annual audit process and supervise execution of the audit plan and develop recommendations.

- Report major audit findings to the Management.

- Audit recommendations.

- Monitor the implementation of business systems, processes and address the identified risks.

- Lead a team of auditors

Location: Gurgaon

KRAs:

- Work with stakeholders to establish the strategic direction of internal audit

- Preparation of the risk based audit plan

- Lead the audit team to execute Internal Audit plan for various entities

- Attending meetings with functional stakeholder and closing the loop on the audit

- Lead reviews related to compliance and Finalizing audit reports. Knowledge of COSO, SOX, Risk Management

- Review various policies and suggesting the stakeholders from controls point of view

Skills:

- Extensive experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Management Audit, Process and controls review

- Handle multiple audits and projects across functions and

- Excellent communicator and team leader

- Experience of Big 4 preferred

Experience: 12-15 years post qualification

Qualification:

- CA/CPA/ACCA

- Additional qualification such as CISA/CIA/DISA
