IndiaCapital is expanding its team and is looking to recruit a Senior Credit & Private Equity originator to support its Investment Banking activities. This role is for a candidate with a strong background in Credit & Private Finance Origination. Excellent relationship with Indian Corporates is a pre requisite for consideration.Candidates with relevant experience, relationship and expertise are encouraged to apply  KRA :   - Take responsibility for the Origination Budget and pipeline.  - Originate a variety of Financing opportunities such as Loans, Promoter financing, Mezzanine capital, acquisition finance, pre-IPO finance, structured finance, Private Equity Growth Capital.  - Should have excellent relationships & knowledge of the borrower database, having executed numerous mandates.   - Work closely with the Investor team to Originate as per Investors requirements / reverse enquiries.   - Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the broad product offering.  Desired Skills and Experience :   - Excellent Origination skills and relationship with clients across hierarchy.  - Good understanding of the Private financing business.  - Successful candidates must be result oriented and possess strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.  - Fair knowledge of legal and financial structures.   - A strong work ethic, self-motivation and a desire to succeed are key.   - Post Graduate qualification in the area of Economics, Finance with 7/9 years of relevant experience.   What should you look forward to :  - India Capital is a boutique Investment Bank with offices in Mumbai and Singapore and strong relationships with India Inc.  - You can look forward to an Open Culture,strong teamwork and significant growth opportunities.The job will entail exposure to high quality work.  - The successful candidate will be rewarded with a challenging and fulfilling career and an aggressive performance driven bonus plan.
